Build A Worm

Join pharmacists from the University of Nottingham for a zoom workshop building our own parasitical worms. Bring your questions about parasitical worms for the scientists to answer! Children should be accompanied by an adult throughout this workshop.

You will need:

• One cotton string ball (approx. diameter 7cm.)
• Paper clips
• Four bottle caps or tops (plastic/metal, from milk, soft drink, etc)
• 5 x Cardboard tubes (toilet roll/kitchen roll tubes or cardboard packaging cut to approx. 6 cm wide and 20 cm long)
• A small disposable cup
• PVA glue
• Scissors
• Sticky tape
