Magnets Workshop with UKAEA at Worksop Library

Participants will work with magnets and batteries to create small electromagnets which mimic the large powerful electromagnets that UKAEA use in fusion energy machines.

Suitable for all ages and booking is essential. When booking your tickets, please include all adults and children attending.

There will be six workshops over the course of the day, 9.30am – 10.15am, 10.30am – 11.15pm, 11.30am – 12.15pm, 1.30pm – 2.15pm, 2.30pm – 3.15pm and 3.30pm – 4.15pm.
