‘Star Makers: The Energy of Tomorrow’ Film Screening and Q&A at the Bridge Skills Hub

Bassetlaw residents are invited to watch a film and meet the cast of record-breaking fusion energy scientists and engineers aiming to recreate a star here on Earth. ‘
Star Makers – The Energy of Tomorrow’ is a behind-the-scenes documentary filmed at UK Atomic Energy Authority (UKAEA) that captures the journey of a passionate team working to provide the world with safe, sustainable and low carbon energy in addition to realising a world fusion energy record.
Following the screening a question-and-answer session will be facilitated to explore the science and further explore the STEP project at West Burton in Bassetlaw.
Suitable for ages 9+. Booking is essential. There are two sessions: 4pm-5.30pm and 7pm-8.30pm.
